All content on this website, including but not limited to artworks, images, text, and designs, is the original work of Amac and is protected by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or sale of the artwork without express written permission from Amac is strictly prohibited.
Moral Rights
Amac asserts their moral rights under the Copyright Act, which includes the right to be attributed as the creator of the work and the right to the integrity of the work. You must not alter or distort the artwork in any way that would be prejudicial to the reputation of Amac.
Sales and Payments
If you purchase artwork directly through this site, prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Amac reserves the right to change prices at any time. While every effort is made to ensure colour accuracy in digital images, please note that display settings vary between screens, and the physical artwork may have slight variations from the digital preview.
Shipping and Delivery
For physical goods, risk and title pass to the purchaser upon delivery. While Amac takes every care in packaging artwork for transit, I am not responsible for delays or damage caused by third-party postal services beyond my reasonable control.
Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). For "Major Failures" with a product, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Returns and Refunds
Please choose your artwork carefully, as refunds are generally not provided for a "change of mind" once a purchase is finalised. If an item is faulty or does not match the description provided, please contact Amac immediately to arrange a remedy in accordance with your rights under the ACL.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amac is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of your use of this website or the purchase of any products.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
