These paintings were an experiment into painting cats - specifically painting cats eyes. I was using a lot of mixed media to try and create the fur texture; using aerosol, acrylic, white out and charcoal to make the fur. Also focusing on the eye as the main point of these painting. Very happy how they came out however needed to explore more in terms of the meaning of these paintings.
